Danger areas are very diverse and can be found near forklift trucks, lorries and other machines in a whole range of industries, conveyor systems and large-scale production plants. If an employee trips or slips onto a conveyor or behind a vehicle, for example, he or she has very little chance of avoiding serious or even fatal injury. This is prevented by the transponder, the personnel safety module PSM, which is worn on the body of the person to be protected.
