The U-TECH Personal Protection System was developed to safeguard three-dimensional spaces. In companies, where people and machines work closely together, employees are exposed to a considerable danger potential in diverse operational processes. In this connection, U-TECH advises carrying out a precise hazard analysis, on the basis of which an antenna can be developed which is able to “illuminate” dangerous areas.
Development of the right antenna extends from small antenna for laboratory mills with a range of 40 cm up to large antenna, for example in the malting industry with a range of 20 m. Before each final installation, the customized system undergoes a testing phase. Following this phase, the required applications and integration into the overall control of the machine are determined in collaboration with the customer.
